An abandoned shipyard is available for purchase. It has not produced anything in fifty years, but most of the infrastructure is in place. Habitation modules need replaced, the nuclear reactor is missing, and the computer systems are outdated. Still, it is in remarkable condition.

I have only just finished reading the report prepared for me by my acquisitions team. The government is selling it for a pittance. They actually contacted us to see if we were interested in purchasing the facility to scrap it for raw material.

My analysts are running the numbers as I record this, but I know what their recommendation will be. We are going to buy the shipyard. I am in the business of building ships. Everyone thinks I am a visionary. Employees, directors, shareholders. They all are convinced that I have done my best work lately.

It makes me wonder. Am I an insane genius? I don’t believe so. In fact, I am beginning to question whether I am insane at all.
